In addition to the details on every packet, PacketTrack includes a nice set of graphs showing the most important information about a connection, such as the traffic volume, errors and their frequency, RTO and other RTO-related information, and packets fragmentation.
PacketTrack allows you to perform various features such as viewing of raw packets, changing of time stamp format, changing of statistics chart, changing the data that is displayed, customizable filter list and so on.

Internet Packet Monitoring Components
The Macintosh component has just over 30,000 lines of code, with 2 custom DDKs making up 17% of the code. The Windows component has just under 20,000 lines of code with 4 source files making up 29% of the code. This component is configured and compiled as a 32bit binary. The component was tested on the systems listed in the comments.
The Macintosh component has no UI or preprocessor. It is all event driven. The component can be run directly from the command line using the IP Listener. The component is configured using the IP Listener and may be edited directly in Netmon. The Netmon configuration file can be compiled into the component and will remain editable in the future. The files required by the component are unzipped during the install or may be obtained directly from the source.
The Windows component has a very simple UI, using the default resources for the MACICON32 library. The setup program creates a view of the source directory, which allows one to browse the source files.
Use the ‘locate’ command in the command line to locate the Mac source files.
The user has a choice of using the supplied project files or creating their own. The project files contain the form and source for the component. They must be created using the drop downs supplied in the “New project” form. The project settings must be edited before they can be compiled.
The “New project” form creates a Delphi project file. Click the “Browse” button to browse for a folder to create the source file and form.
The component source code is very compact. It is large mainly because of the number of different actions that may be performed to monitor packets. The project files are compressed and the form files are not.

Run the Setup program, and follow the prompts.
