The RIOsitude application was developed to be a simple program that allows you to interact with the Rio300 or Rio500. It supports sending and receiving files, and internal and external memory (via SmartMedia cards).
Here are a few things that RIOsitude, at this point in time, does that you should know about:
– There is currently a limit of 8 folders on your Rio.
– I have seen a few nifty programs that allow you to send little boot-up animations to your Rio. This program won’t do that yet…Sorry.
– This program does not support the Rio600 or the Rio800.
RIOsitude Free (Final 2022)
This application should load as soon as you switch on the Rio. By default it should automatically turn on the Rio when you turn it on, and turn it off when you turn it off. It should also set the volume to 75% as soon as you turn on the Rio, and set the volume to 75% when you turn it off. (Both features are optional.)
When your Rio is connected to your computer you should be able to open the folder and navigate to it. (Note: The folder name can be different depending on where you have installed your Rio…The default is “RIOS \ RIO500, RIO300, RIO100, RIO800”.)
To navigate to a specific folder you can use the “Home” button to go back to the root of the list of folders. Or you can use the “Back” button to go back to the last folder. Once you are in a specific folder, and you select “Open” you can browse through the files in that folder.
To delete a file or folder, just select it and press the “Delete” button. If you press the “Back” button you will go back to the parent folder.
This application also allows you to open “Toshiba Documents” which should be in your default “My Documents” folder.
You can also use the “Close” button on the bottom of the screen to exit the program. (That’s the “X” in the upper-right corner.)

2. Double click the (exe) file, and follow the instructions.
3. When the Rio is turned on the screen should show the default message on startup, the volume should be set to 75%, the Home button should be black, and the close button should be red.
If you do not see these things, try following these steps:

Author’s Comments:
RIOsitude is a simple program for the Rio that allows you to interact with it. It supports sending and receiving files, and internal and external memory (via SmartMedia cards).
You can choose files from your computer, or have the Rio automatically copy files onto your SD card. You can send files from your SD card to your Rio (either via a USB cord, or a disk), or to your computer. You can even choose which files to receive, and have it automatically copy them onto your SD card.

Most of us have worn a wrist watch (or two) for many, many years. Sadly, the life cycle of modern mechanical watches is nearing its end, and mass produced quartz watches are the future. Anyone with the resources can afford to purchase a custom-made quartz watch from a big-name producer, but one benefit of mechanical watches is that they are uncomplicated, and the movements are easily identified without having to dive into the movement. It turns out that a modest mechanical watch is also easier to modify than a modern quartz watch. A friend of mine owns a vintage Seiko 7 SBJ7 quartz watch and gave me access to the internals. The case is made of a solid, but somewhat brittle, material, and the inside has a few problems. The most immediately noticeable problem is that the band is loose. It’s a 41mm band, but the movement is slightly larger than 39mm. In short, the watch doesn’t know that it’s in a smaller band. So, one goal of my modifications is to fit the watch to a 49mm band.
The second issue on the inside is that of the hands. The hands are actually quite a bit wider than they should be, and are

The Rio300 and the Rio500 (identical, visually) share a common hardware platform and are very similar to each other, not at all like the older Rio models. That is why they are housed in the same unit. There is a big difference between the Rio300 and the Rio500.
Let’s look at the differences. On the outside, the RIO300 has a dual-colored casing. The silver casing is the normal one, and the black casing is a shiny silver on the outside. There are two buttons on the back, a top one and a bottom one. The top button controls the music and the bottom button controls everything else. On the front of the Rio300 is a circular LED screen that is controlled by a multi-coloured optical trackball (still basically a trackball). Two touch-sensitive keys (the R1 and R2 keys) are located on the top half of the front. To access the command line, you need to press the top button on the RIO300, release it, press the bottom button, release it, and press the top button again. The Rio500 has the same control scheme, but the LED screen is not circular, and the buttons are colored in a different manner.
The Rio300 is a portable MP3 player with an 8MB hard drive, a 2.6 inch LED screen, and a trackball (trackball = this is the original) with an ingenious design. It also has an AV port and 2.5mm analog and USB jacks. The Rio300 has its own software that allows you to manage your music in a bit of a different way than other players (which allows you to, for example, import music from a Windows file and add those songs to your library of music). You can also upload music to the player directly. The Rio300 has a built-in MPEG-1/MPEG-2 player. The Rio300 supports MP3 (2 to 320 Kbps), WMA (up to 128 Kbps), and WAV. You can use the Rio300 with most digital recorders or with the AV port. You can also connect the player to a stereo or TV using the AV jacks.
The Rio500 is similar to the Rio300, except it has a larger screen, and the trackball is 3mm bigger, and is made to look like a ballpoint pen (which it is also). It has the exact same audio format and is capable of playing the same music as the Rio
What’s New In RIOsitude?
* Briefly:
* This is a simple program to allow you to connect to and use the Rio300 or 500.
* The current versions of the program are for Windows 2000/XP (32 and 64 bit), 2003 and 2008 (32 and 64 bit).
* I have tested the program on 64 bit OSs and I think it runs ok on 32 bit OSs (Linux). The only major thing that I noticed about that was that it doesn’t seem to have the same “s-t-a-t-c-h” ‘s, ‘S’, ‘T’ and ‘H’ keys.
* I have tested it on both Win2K and Win XP, and it seems to work fine on both of them. I haven’t looked too closely at Win7, but my guess is that it should work fine on that OS.
* In this program the word “it” can have a double meaning. For example, when I say “it will read the files from the SD card” I mean it reads the SD card. Or, “it will read the files from the SD card” I mean it will read the files from a SD card. For some reason the word “it” is not used often in the program and the rest of the document to mean something else.
* After you install the program, you will see “RIOsitude by Matt Stafford, 1999” on the main title.
* There are two ways to run the program. The first is a double click on the Rio300 or 500. This is the easiest and most understandable. The second way is to right click on the Rio 300 or 500 (in the setup window) and choose the “Run RIOsitude Application” option.
* The installation of this program is very straight forward. Use the steps below:
* Download the program from the following link:
* Run the setup program. When you see the install option, click on it.
* Follow the instructions provided, and it should install everything for you.
* If you have questions after the installation, feel free to leave a message in the “mailing list” on the following link:
