Vertical alignment issues in a div

My issue is that my logo is aligned with the menu items perfectly, but the CSS doesn’t align the picture of the menu items to the center.
I have looked at this post and they didn’t work. Also, there is space between the menu items and the logo. I am very new to coding and want to know how to do this.
